Retreat overview:

All of my retreats require a great deal of walking, spanning upwards of 3-5 hours per day, depending on the location and prompting by the lands. Often the paths that we take are muddy, uneven, steep and often slippery. Please take into consideration these items, evaluating honestly your ability to participate safely. We value your health and wellbeing as well as the ability for all participants to enjoy the retreat fully, with little disruption.

Weather in the United Kingdom in October is typically wet and cool, with strong winds blowing. We strongly suggest you prepare for layering and pack a rain jacket and gloves. We also suggest stocking cap, sturdy walking / trail shoes, along with a bathing suit in case we add a stop to St. Nectan's Glen. A backpack that is comfortable enough to wear through out the day along with a refillable water bottle is also encouraged. If you have any special magical tools or offerings for the lands you would like to bring, please do.

We highly recommend TRIP INSURANCE. After all, life is life.
